SUPER KITCHEN Prep counters and island, Sub-Zero refrigerator, ten-burner range, large eat-at marble table and flat screen TV, pantry area table for ten.
BREAKFAST ALCOVE Bright, elevated corner with expansive water views.
COMPUTER ROOM Plenty of space to charge up your technology, or toss it and shut the door.

The fourth bedroom is a blast of yellow patterned wallpaper and matching duvet. Queen bed and private bathroom with combined tub and shower.

The children’s wing is not just for children. There are three additional bedrooms, each with a set of twins and a shared bathroom with combined tub and shower. A door can close this section off. Put the teens there and throw away the key?
A furnished, brick terrace runs the entire length of the house. This is the place to breakfast with the sun, watch the day fade to orange, and listen to the night sounds of the ocean by a warming fire. Schooners, eagles, seals, passing boats are part of the laid-back activity on Frenchman Bay. The expansive lawn rolls down to a mass of rugosa roses and the rocky shore.
A side terrace with awning has a propane barbeque and outside dining room.
We may be adding a pier for water access for 2016 if all goes well. We’ll let you know!
Rates are for up to 12 people, May, June, Sept & October. Add $150 for each additional guest to a maximum of 18 people.
Pets considered with permission and a $200 pet fee for each pet.
