The large deck has views of the sound and outdoor seating, plus stairs leading to a second level finished bedroom above the garage available to rent for overflow guests. A dock and mooring are available with this property, accessed down the lane on the shore of the sound. The cottage has a warm kitchen with eat in dining for 6-8, and is open to the living room with fireplace and glass sliding doors leading to the deck. There is a large bedroom with a king bed, room with twin beds, and a shared full bath with shower/tub in the hall. On the other side of the home the entryway leads to a private master suite with King bed, full bath, and sliding doors to the deck. There is an additional half bath in the entryway. The additional bedroom above the garage has 3 twin beds. Please inquire for use of this room. This cottage also has a finished basement/recreation area. Sunday to Sunday rental.
