Dow Point Farm is a spacious private cottage on the shore in Seal Cove, with wonderful views that look over Blue Hill Bay. This cottage offers a dock and access to sea kayaking and twenty private acres.

Accommodates 6 in three bedrooms and has 2 bathrooms.

On the first floor is the kitchen, a friendly living area with a Vermont Casting Stove, sitting area, master bedroom w/king (2 twins together), bathroom with a shower and washer and dryer. A cathedral style room, a set of spiral stairs lead from the open living areas to the second floor. On the second floor is a bedroom with king (two twins), and a bedroom with two twins, and full bath.

From the house, you can walk right to the ocean down a set of steep stairs and use a dock to launch your kayaks.
